Even though we’re less than six-months out, I wanted to share our itinerary for the day. 

But, since it is still months and months out, I still cannot book the place of our ceremony until six months prior with the city of Florence; this is the delay in getting the exact date and time down. Our date will be on April 3rd, 2024! But we have contacted them and will give them all the proper documents to secure the place and date we want. The place where we are having the ceremony is part of the Unesco World Heritage Site. The other venues I am already in the process of reserving. We are working with a Wedding Planner based out of Florence. I am working with her to get all the details taken care of as soon as I possibly can to let everyone know.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner – Place TBD

One Day – April 3rd

Mid Afternoon
Ceremony – 1 Hour 
Pictures – 1 Hour

Late Afternoon
Aperitivo – Rooftop, Open Bar, Snacks – 3 Hours

Evening
Reception – Dinner, Open Bar, Presentation, Dancing, Party – 3 Hours (Venue has been locked in!)

Late Evening
A bar with outdoor seating – I know the exact spot. This is just for anyone still wanting to hang out.
